Eye Tutorial

=3 :iconsarawrkun: asked for a tutorial on how I do eyes, but I suck at tutorials.... So this is what you guys get XD It was surprisingly difficult because I normally jump ALL OVER the place when I'm working on a picture so I don't usually do all the steps at once which is why I'm pretty sure I forgot something.... but oh well~

EDIT: So I remembered what I forgot to put in! Because I constantly merge my layers I completely forgot about it x_X I use the smudge tool in photoshop with the scattering turned on when I want to smooth parts out because it works fantastically~
